This Privacy Policy sets out the rules for storing and accessing information on user devices using cookies, which are used to provide electronic services requested by the user, by XXXX with its registered office in XXXXX.

  2. Cookies - means computer data, in particular small text files, saved and stored on devices through which the User uses the Service's website.
  3. The Administrator's Cookies - means Cookies placed by the Administrator, related to the provision of electronic services by the Administrator via the Service.
  4. External Cookies - means Cookies placed by the Administrator's partners, via the Service's website.
  5. The Service - means the website under which the Administrator runs an internet service, operating in the xxxxxx domain.
  6. The Device - means an electronic device through which the User gains access to the Service's websites.
  7. The User - means the entity for whom, in accordance with the Regulations and the law, electronic services may be provided or with whom an Agreement on the provision of electronic services may be concluded.

§ 2 Types of Cookies Used

  1. The Cookies used by the Administrator are safe for the User's Device. In particular, it is not possible to infect the User's Devices with viruses or other unwanted software or malware through this means. These files allow to identify the software used by the User and to tailor the Service individually to each User. Cookies typically contain the name of the domain from which they come, the time they are stored on the Device, and the assigned value.
  2. The Administrator uses two types of cookie files:
    1. Session cookies: They are stored on the User's Device and remain there until the end of the session of the given browser. The saved information is then permanently deleted from the Device's memory. The session cookie mechanism does not allow for the collection of any personal data or any confidential information from the User's Device.
    2. Permanent cookies: They are stored on the User's Device and remain there until they are deleted. The end of the session of the given browser or the disconnection of the Device does not cause their removal from the User's Device. The permanent cookie mechanism does not allow for the collection of any personal data or any confidential information from the User's Device.
  3. The User has the option to limit or disable access to cookie files on their Device. If this option is chosen, using the Service will be possible, except for functions that by their nature require cookie files.

§ 3 Purposes for which Cookies are used

  1. The Administrator uses its own Cookies for the proper configuration of the service, in particular for:
    1. adapting the content of the Service's websites to the User's preferences and optimizing the use of the Service's websites.
    2. recognizing the User's Device of the Service and its location and appropriately displaying the website adapted to its individual needs;
    3. remembering the settings chosen by the User and personalizing the User's interface, e.g. in terms of the selected language or region from which the User comes,
    4. remembering the history of visited pages on the site for content recommendations,
    5. font size, appearance of the website, etc.
  2. The Administrator uses its own Cookies for authentication of the user on the site and for maintaining the user's session on the site, in particular for:
    1. maintaining the User's session on the Service (after logging in), so that the User does not have to re-enter their login and password on every subpage of the Service;
    2. proper configuration of selected Service functions, in particular allowing for the verification of the authenticity of the browser session.
    3. optimization and increased efficiency of services provided by the Administrator.
  3. The Administrator uses its own Cookies for processes necessary for the full functionality of websites, in particular for:
    1. adapting the content of the Service's websites to the User's preferences and optimizing the use of the Service's websites. In particular, these files allow to recognize the basic parameters of the User's Device and to appropriately display the website adapted to its individual needs;
    2. proper handling of the affiliate program, in particular allowing for the verification of the sources of redirects of Users to the Service's websites.
  4. The administrator uses their own cookies to remember the user's location, particularly to correctly configure selected functions of the service, allowing them to tailor the information provided to the user based on their location.
  5. The administrator uses their own cookies for analysis and research, as well as audience audit, particularly to create anonymous statistics that help understand how users of the service use the service's web pages, which allows for the improvement of their structure and content.
  6. The administrator uses their own cookies to provide advertising services, particularly to tailor the advertisements for services and products from third parties presented through the service.
  7. The administrator uses external cookies to log into the service using the social networking service Facebook Connect (external cookies administrator: Facebook Inc headquartered in the USA or Facebook Ireland headquartered in Ireland).
  8. The administrator uses external cookies to log into the service using the social networking service Google (external cookies administrator: Google Inc headquartered in the USA).
  9. The administrator uses external cookies to log into the service using the social networking service LinkedIn (external cookies administrator: LinkedIn Ireland Limited headquartered in Ireland).
  10. The administrator uses external cookies to promote the service using the social networking services plus.google.com (external cookies administrator: Google Inc headquartered in the USA).
  11. The administrator uses external cookies to promote the service using the social networking services Facebook.com (external cookies administrator: Facebook Inc headquartered in the USA or Facebook Ireland headquartered in Ireland).
  12. The administrator uses external cookies to present opinions on the service's web pages, which are obtained from the external web service opineo.pl (external cookies administrator: Opineo Sp. z o.o. headquartered in Wrocław, Poland).

§ 4 Options for specifying conditions for storing or accessing cookies

  1. The user can independently and at any time change the settings for cookies files, specifying the conditions for their storage and access to the user's device by cookie files. The changes to the settings referred to in the previous sentence can be made using the browser settings or the service configuration. These settings can be changed in particular in such a way as to block the automatic handling of cookies in the browser settings or to inform about their placement on the user's device each time. Detailed information on the possibilities and methods of handling cookie files is available in the software settings (web browser).
  2. The user can at any time delete cookie files using the available functions in the web browser they are using.
  3. Limiting the use of cookie files may affect some of the functionalities available on the service's website.
